Well Planking is a game which all you have to do is lying face down on the ground and staying still like a plank or a wood, just stay still with your hands on your side and let your friend take a picture of you. Most people do this just for fun, you won't get any reward of course but it will be more fun if you do it on a really crazy areas like on top of a mountain or your house and share it to your friends and dare them to do something more crazier or funnier.
